Mr. Lee formed KNK in February 2018. Mr. Lee is the managing patent attorney at KNK. Mr. Lee is responsible for transactional and litigation matters. In addition to counseling clients in matters related to the litigation and licensing of intellectual property rights, Mr. Lee’s practice also includes counseling clients in obtaining, protecting and enforcing rights associated with patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets and copyrights before the Patent Courts and before the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in obtaining, protecting and enforcing rights associated with patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets and copyrights. The technical fields of Mr. Lee’s practice include Blockchain, AI, programmable logic devices and other technologies related to electrical engineering.

Historically, He was responsible for developing IP strategy in the fields of patent and trademarks in KBK & Associates/YOON&YANG(IP) LLC. Based on these experiences, he gives patent and branding counsels to many and various clients from the Start-ups to major companies, regarding all factors of patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition prevention law.
